The information you provide is collected to understand how widespread RMC governance concerns are across estates built by Vistry Group and its subsidiaries. This includes your name, email address, RMC details, and any optional information you choose to share.
How your information is used
Your personal details will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Aggregated, anonymised data may be shared with regulators, Members of Parliament, or used in public commentary about estate management governance. For example, a finding that a significant proportion of respondents have not been registered as members of their RMC may be shared in that form, without identifying individuals.
If you indicate that you are happy to be contacted, your email address may be used to share relevant updates or to discuss your experience further. You will not be added to any mailing list without an additional opt-in.
How your information is stored
Your data is stored securely and will not be retained longer than is necessary for the purposes described above. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@rmcissues.co.uk.
